SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
Unless stated otherwise in the individual product description, the shipping and handling costs are as follows:
For orders totaling to: $30.00 add $5.00
$30.01 and up: add 12% or $5.00 (whichever is greater.)
Customers from Alaska and Hawaii: add 22% or $7.00 (whichever is greater.)
Only Texas residents need apply 6.75% Texas sales tax to the total of the item price and shipping and handling. Shipping and Handling charges are taxable because they are considered a service or expense connected to the sale.(Texas Administrative Code ...Rule 3.303.) Our shipping method is USPS.
All orders are prepaid before your shipment is processed. Payments may be made by ***PAYPAL*** credit cards, personal check, money order, or cashier's check. You will need to allow up to 2 weeks for personal checks to clear. Orders paid for by PAYPAL, credit cards, money order, or cashier's check will be processed immediately, unless we've had to back order an item for you. Then you will need to allow 2 - 5 weeks for delivery.
Normally, once we have the item you ordered, it's only been taking 3 to 21 days for shipments to arrive at their destination. Hawaii is taking at least 21 days. NEVER SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL.
The best time to order is between October and May. June thru September is when the largest volume of ordering takes place. Stock on hand is quickly depleted during these months.

RETURN POLICY
You may return a product, unused and postpaid within 30 days of the shipping date. The shipping date will be the actual date your order was shipped and will appear on the invoice/packing slip. Returns MUST BE accompanied by a copy of your invoice/packing slip. We will refund the purchase price and sales taxes if applicable (excluding shipping and handling). Allow 30 days to receive your refund. Library books and special order items are nonreturnable. We will not be held financially responsible for damages or loss which occurred during shipment or for uninsured orders. Insurance cover is available at an additional fee. Nor are we liable for typographic or printing errors which sometimes do occur in texts.
